LMN is currently seeking an outstanding Staff Architect to contribute to the design and development of architectural projects that thoughtfully respond to user needs stakeholder interests and community context. This role involves supporting the design process from concept through construction with a strong emphasis on design sensibility and the ability to articulate ideas through detailed documentation. A passion for the potential of architecture to engage its environment and serve its users is central to this position.

Office & Hybrid Hours
LMN employees collaborate in-office on Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. Fridays are hybrid workdays that allow employees to work in the office from home or any location they choose. Core work hours are from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm and provide flexibility for employees to structure their schedules around personal commitments and commuting.
Compensation
This is a salaried position with a pay range of $80000 to 100000. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
