Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable and high-performing digital experience solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) strong architectural skills and the ability to guide development teams in delivering robust web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Lead AEM implementation upgrades and integrations with other systems
- Define best practices coding standards and architecture guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Oversee content management workflows and digital asset management
- Optimize performance scalability and security of AEM applications
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and development
- Proficiency in Java J2EE Sling and OSGi frameworks
- Experience with AEM components templates workflows and DAM
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Understanding of web security and performance optimization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AEM Cloud Service or AEM as a Managed Service
- Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem
- Experience with headless CMS and modern front-end frameworks
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
- AEM certification is a plus
