Im Bereich der eosinophilen Erkrankungen sind viele Patienten noch unterversorgt. GSK ist stolz darauf genau hier ein ambitioniertes Team zu haben das sich intensiv mit eosinophilen Erkrankungen wie schwerem eosinophilem Asthma (SEA) Chronischer Rhinosinusitis mit nasalen Polypen (CRSwNP) Eosinophiler Granulomatose mit Polyangiitis (EGPA) sowie dem hypereosinophilen Syndrom (HES) beschäftigt. Für dieses komplexe und spannende Feld aus verschiedenen Indikationen und Fachdisziplinen suchen wir erfahrene und leidenschaftliche Mitarbeiter.

Customer Engagement Manager (EGPA/HES) (m/f/d)

Aufgaben in dieser Rolle werden sein

• Strategische Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Customer Engagements.
• Systematische Analyse Segmentierung und Weiterentwicklung von Stakeholder-Beziehungen.
• Konzeption Umsetzung und Steuerung zielgerichteter Engagement-Pläne für priorisierte Kundengruppen.
• Aufbau nachhaltiger vertrauensvoller Beziehungen durch konsistente und wertorientierte Interaktionen.
• Enge crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit zur Sicherstellung eines ganzheitlichen Stakeholder-Ansatzes.
• Unterstützung bei Auswahl Entwicklung und Betreuung externer Expert:innen für Veranstaltungen und Beratungsformate.
• Verantwortung für Customer Engagement im Rahmen nationaler und internationaler Veranstaltungen inklusive Nachbereitung.
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Advocacy- und Netzwerkformaten zur langfristigen Bindung relevanter Stakeholder.

Wonach suchen wir

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft Gesundheitsökonomie Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung sowie sehr gute Deutsch (mind.. C1-Niveau) und Englischkenntnisse.
• Fundierte Erfahrung in Marketing und Sales mit gutem Verständnis der pharmazeutischen Industrie.
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit HCPs sowie externen Expert:innen und Stakeholdern.
• Erfahrung in der indirekten Führung crossfunktionaler Teams sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement in Matrixorganisationen.
• Ausgeprägte analytische und strategischkonzeptionelle Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit strukturierter ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsweise.
• Sehr starke Kommunikations und Präsentationsfähigkeiten hohe Proaktivität und agiles pragmatisches Mindset.
• Erfahrung im RareDisease/SpecialtyCareUmfeld sowie Wohnsitz im Raum München wünschenswert.
