Your Impact:
You provide technical and disciplinary leadership to an architecture team of approximately 1012 software and security architects.
You harmonize and standardize architecture processes principles and decision-making across multiple product lines.
You drive the modernization of our system landscape and own the architecture roadmap for cloud security and modern software patterns.
You collaborate closely with Engineering Product Management and Security to design scalable resilient and future-proof solutions.
You coach architects establish best practices and cultivate a strong architecture community built on technical excellence.
Your Profile:
Several years of experience as a software or solution architect with proven leadership of architecture teams or senior architects ideally in an enterprise or SaaS environment.
Completed university degree with excellent academic performance in computer science software engineering or a related field.
Deep technical expertise in software architecture (e.g. microservices cloud-native architectures security-by-design) ideally within large-scale distributed systems.
Excellent English skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; very good German skills are a plus.
Clear and decisive communication style strong technical credibility a hands-on mindset and genuine motivation to provide structure and orientation.
