The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing effective and efficient administrative services to the DA Legislature office and to the designated Democratic Alliance Members of the Provincial Legislature including arranging meetings taking minutes and managing correspondence

Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Research experience (advantageous)
- Computer literacy particularly MS Office Suite
- Valid drivers licence

- Administration and attention to detail
Abilities:
- Use initiative and work well in high-pressure situations
- Be outcomes-orientated not simply task-orientated
- Adhere to strict deadlines
