Job Summary
Requirements
- Degree in a related discipline
- Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience with exposure in the following area(s): corporate responsibility management event & marketing communication or work experience with NGO social enterprise or charitable foundation
- Passionate in ESG issues particularly on Social Side
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Excel PowerPoint and Chinese and English word processing open to learn new digital tools
- Good command of both written and spoken English. Spoken Cantonese is an advantage but not a must

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and delivery of Social Responsibility programs and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. ESG Project Allies business partners NGOs regulatory agencies)
- Provide logistic support to the team including reporting budget coordination procurement & payment related logistic as well as tracking of program outcomes ensuring compliance & effective risk management
- Work with various stakeholders to gather information and track the status of ongoing projects supporting regular updates for both internal and external parties
- Coordinate volunteer programs in collaboration with internal and external partners
