Within our business managementfunction(which reports directly to the Head of Retail)we have a small specialist team working across tribesandtheenterprise todevelop ourstrategyalignprioritiesand enable execution ofour strategic agenda.Ultimately thisis acriticalrole in supporting thedeliveringofcommercial and customer outcomes as we growour business.Thescope includes both thestandardchief of staff responsibilities for the Head of Retail along with a much wider set of opportunities todrive growth across the business.It alsoprovidesthe opportunity to work with our Global ING stakeholders.

Whatyoulldo

• Partner: Partner withHead of Retail Value Creation and Centre of Excellence and Business Leadersto define and deliver roadmap for INGAustraliasRetail division ensuring alignment with broader business goals locally and globally.

• Execute:ProvideCoESupport to keyinitiatives across multiple teams ensuring seamless delivery and measurable outcomes.

• Enable Performance:take accountability for inputs and outputs ofbusiness performance management including the development of dashboards KPIs and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Whatwerelooking for

• Business/ Commercialmanagementvalue chainplanningor transformation ideally within a largematrixedglobalorganisation.

• Product/Channel costbenefitcoordinationpoint between tribes/business/support; Finance and Balance sheet / rolling forecast income/expenses Business case support.

• Expertiseinareas such asconsultingretail banking financial services with a strong grasp of customer experience digital innovation and regulatory environmentsis preferred

• Scaling and growthexperience inOperating modelsfunding/liquidity - retail/wholesale interfaceinterpretation.Market / Vendor/ Competitoranalysis propositions value creation;strategy into commercial outcomes

• Proven ability toinfluencestakeholders navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functionaldiscussion/actions.
