Continuous Improvement Co-Op - Fall 2026

The Role:
Our site in Billerica MA is seeking a/an CI Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

What Youll Do:

• Assist with the weekly Gemba walks and document actions
• Submit Safety audit and 5S Safety audits in ETQ
• Update and maintain SOPs in Assembly and Flush Rooms
• Participate in Kaizen Workshops and assist with the documentation
• Assist in Root cause analysis (Fishbone 5 Whys) Value Stream and process maps 5S Safety audits and tasks
• Participate in annual priorities identified in our X Matrix.
• Participate in TPM activities

What We Seek:

• Good use of Excel word PowerPoint
• Familiar with Visio or any other process map or flow chart tool
• Attention to details
• Good project management skills
• Microsoft Project
• Knowledge and use of Statistics
• Application of Lean tools

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

• Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer Spring 2028

Eligibility:

• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May/June through August/September.
• Must be familiar with the universitys requirements to participate in a co-op program
• Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need now or at any time in the future Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.

Compensation: $20-$32 hourly range with actual pay dependent on graduation year and candidate skillset
