The Commercial Sales Manager leads Inside and Outside Commercial Sales teams while driving B2B revenue growth across corporate and franchise store networks. This role executes commercial sales strategies manages key customer relationships and partners with Retail Operations to ensure consistent sales execution and performance.
What Youll Do
Develop and execute commercial sales strategies and annual business plans to grow B2B revenue.
Lead and manage Inside and Outside Commercial Sales teams driving performance and accountability.
Coach develop and provide ongoing feedback to sales team members.
Partner with Retail Operations franchisees and store leadership to ensure consistent commercial sales execution.
Identify new commercial market opportunities and support local and national growth initiatives.
Personally manage and grow a portfolio of commercial customer accounts within an assigned territory.
Prospect qualify and convert new business through scheduled appointments and outbound sales activity.
Support bid processes pricing execution and contract accuracy to ensure profitable growth.
Track sales activity forecasts and performance metrics using CRM and reporting tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Category Management Logistics and Operations to support sales success.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred.
7 years of retail and commercial sales experience.
5 years of sales leadership or team management experience.
Proven success in driving revenue growth and leading sales teams.
Strong communication coaching and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Analytical organized and results-driven mindset.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
