Job Summary

3rd Shift (10pm-6am)

Position Summary:

Setup and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) machines to measure attributes of complex ceramic cores.

Essential Functions:

Run and setup CMM programs according to procedure
Must be able to use transducer gage
Must perform cutoff operation
Use all hand-held measuring devices according to procedure
Must run CMM Machine for inspection and read product X-Rays
Meet department productivity and yield standards
Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures
Maintain department standards for housekeeping/6S
Other duties as assigned by supervision

Required Skills:

Previous experience in Inspection or Quality a plus
Must be detail oriented and well organized
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Must be self-directed to accomplish goals with minimal supervision

Experience & Education

Must be able to read and write and do basic mathematical problems
