Position Overview
As a Key Team Member youll play a major role in daily operations guest service and team support. This is a growth-focused role for dependable hard-working individuals who are ready to take on more responsibility and develop into leadership.
Youll be cross-trained in multiple areas of the restaurant and gradually trusted with higher-level operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Deliver fast friendly and accurate service to every guest
Prepare food to sneakybird quality and speed standards
Operate POS and handle orders efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Support teammates during peak hours
Assist with opening and closing procedures when trained
Help uphold store standards and culture
Requirements
Mostly to fully open availability (days nights and weekends required)
Able to work 3540 hours per week after training
Reliable and strong work ethic
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and leadership mindset
Preferred (but not required):
12 years of management or leadership experience in the food industry
