Pathways to Life is seeking a Community Supports Services Team Lead to guide and support a growing clinical team serving adults and families in the community. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician ready to step into leadership while continuing to provide meaningful person-centered care.

As a CST Team Lead youll balance clinical work team supervision and coordination of serviceswhile playing an active role in expanding community-based supports and strengthening local partnerships. This is a growth-focused opportunity with real impact.

Under the supervision of the Local Clinical Director you will:

• Lead and support a Community Supports Team of Qualified and Associate Professionals through clinical guidance consultation and mentorship

• Coordinate team schedules to ensure efficient service delivery appropriate coverage and optimal use of authorized services

• Provide direct therapeutic services as needed including completing assessments for service authorization

• Ensure Person-Centered Plans of Care are accurate actionable and compliant with clinical and regulatory standards

• Maintain timely authorizations and ensure services are thoroughly and accurately documented

• Collaborate with the Local Clinical Director on training clinical oversight and staff development

Youll also have the opportunity to help build and expand additional Community Supports teams supported by community engagement and collaboration with local behavioral health partnerswhile maintaining autonomy over your current team.

We encourage you to apply if you have:

• Full or provisional licensure in North Carolina as:

  • LCMHC or LCMHC-A or

  • LCSW or LCSW-A

• At least one year of experience working with an adult population (employment or volunteer)

• Demonstrated ability or readiness to supervise and lead a professional clinical team
