Were looking for an execution-focused operational leader to serve as our VP of Business Management & Development. This is a high-impact role where youll manage daily operations drive revenue growth and build systems that scalefreeing our founder to focus on long-term strategy and partnerships. Youll be the go-to person who makes things happen owns outcomes and thrives in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly scaling startup.What Youll Do
- Own and execute daily business operations ensuring seamless coordination across teams and initiatives
- Drive revenue through live commerce product sales and brand partnershipsactively closing deals and building relationships
- Manage and support the existing team including content creators sales staff and operational personnel
- Build scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth while maintaining operational excellence
- Take full accountability for resultswhen something goes wrong you own it; when something goes right you make sure its repeatable
- Leverage TikTok Shop and social commerce platforms to maximize revenue from both owned products and affiliate partnerships
Who You Are
- An executioner not just a strategist: You get things done. Period. Your superpower is turning plans into results.
- Experience with scrappy: Youve built enough experience to know how to navigate challenges but you still have the hunger and drive to grind.
- Startup/mid-market background: Youve worked at companies where resources are tight the pace is fast and every decision matters. You understand startup culture and thrive in ambiguity.
- Media product sales expertise: You understand how to monetize content through physical product sales not just ad revenue or sponsorships.
- TikTok Shop experience (golden trait): Youve worked with TikTok Shop live commerce or social selling and know how to turn views into transactions.
- Self-starter and accountable: You dont need to be micromanaged. You take ownership of your work and outcomes and when you make a mistake you own it and fix it.
- Committed to being in-office: This role requires a physical presence in the Fort Lauderdale office 5 days a week to manage the team and maintain operational momentum.

- Companies with experience in TikTok Shop live selling or influencer commerce
