The Role

We are seeking an experiencedAdoption & Engagement Leadto own and deliver a high-impact company-wide programme supporting the rollout of a new organisational product.

This role is focused on driving adoption engagement and behavioural change at scale ensuring the successful implementation of a key platform across the business. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of the engagement and adoption strategy translating business priorities into a structured actionable programme of work.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong programme leadership change expertise and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced creative and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Delivery & Ownership

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global engagement and adoption programme from discovery through to implementation and optimisation

  • Own programme planning timelines milestones and delivery outcomes

  • Translate strategic objectives into a clear structured and executable delivery plan

  • Act as the central point of accountability for programme execution and success

Adoption & Change

  • Design and deliver a scalable engagement and adoption strategy to drive awareness usage and advocacy of the new platform

  • Apply structured change methodologies to enable behavioural change and long-term adoption

  • Develop targeted approaches for different audiences ensuring relevance across commercial creative and operational teams

Stakeholder Leadership

  • Build and manage relationships with senior leaders sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments influencing without direct authority

  • Drive alignment across multiple teams with competing priorities

Cross-functional Delivery

  • Partner closely with People E-Commerce Technology Product and Creative teams to ensure seamless delivery

  • Align engagement activity with product rollout plans and technical delivery milestones

  • Identify risks dependencies and delivery challenges early driving pragmatic solutions

Measurement & Optimisation

  • Define and track success metrics related to engagement adoption and business impact

  • Use data and feedback to continuously refine programme approach

  • Deliver clear reporting and insights to senior stakeholders including recommendations for ongoing optimisation

Skills and Experience Required

Essential

  • Proven experience delivering complex organisation-wide programmes within transformation change or product adoption environments

  • Strong programme delivery experience ideally within tech implementation or product rollout

  • Demonstrated success driving adoption and behavioural change at scale

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience operating in complex matrixed organisations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a focus on practical delivery

  • Ability to work autonomously taking ownership for end-to-end delivery

Desirable

  • Experience working in or alongside creative and/or technology-led organisations

  • Experience supporting rollout of digital platforms tools or products

  • Familiarity with e-commerce or artist/creative ecosystems

  • Formal change management qualification (e.g. Prosci APMG or equivalent)
