Job Summary

Position Role: SO2 Equipment Support (BEME)

Responsibilities:

- Branch head for all Bde ES/G4 activity.
- Principal CSS Staff officer in the Bde. Ensure ES liaison with Div G3/5 to enable coherent Bde ES FGen.
- Implements Comd ES 1st (UK) Div technical and Army Assurance policy across Brigade units.
- Conducts technical staff inspection on Brigade and affiliated CS and CSS units.
- Provide career advice to REME tradesmen and act as HoA for all REME Soldiers in Brigade.
- Co-ordinates ES effort across the Brigade through the provision of FRTs.
- Delegate LSMEA to qualified ENGOs within the DRS BCT.
- BPT deputise for DCOS when required.
