ThePricing SpecialistRM EMEAsupports thedivisionwiththedevelopmentmaintenanceand execution of Pricing role willreportattheEMEA levelthoughsupportingcountry pricing initiatives and deal design upskilling partnering withcluster Business Unit Directors andlocalBusiness Unit Managers KAM teaminthe NetherlandsSwitzerlandand Austria.

Key Responsibilities:
Pricingstrategy and tactics
Conductdata analysisto understand pricingstatus quo where gaps in data exist act in a proactive way to collect information from other stakeholders e.g. local tender officemarketingand sales team
Support and Monitor field force execution on EMEA pricing strategy
Localize EMEA pricing strategy and provide guidance oncountry tactics
Pricing executionsupport andtools
Establish forums fordeal reviewandmonthly review of price and margin metrics and discussion of initiatives
Proactively improvedeal designin collaboration withsales teamsto increase ASPs while supporting topline goals:review priceconsistency across customers (-volume)identifytenders in advance with price increase opportunitiesidentifyproductandcustomermix improvement opportunities review rebatesconfiguration
Develop localperformance-drivencustomerprice guidance andmonitorcontract volume compliance
Support implementation of new price execution toolsand processesin collaboration with the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence (COE)
Price reporting
Preparation of pricing reports for Monthly/Quarterly business reviews incl. preparing the template conducting deep dive investigation for report interpretation and drafting insights
Leadthe communication training and rollout of pricing reportsand toolsto country organizations
Your Profile
Degree in management economics engineering or related discipline
At least3yearsworkexperiencein PricingCommercial Excellence Sales Operations roles
Exposure toHealthcare industryisa mustMedtechin particular isa plus
Deep knowledgeand provenexpertisein the field ofPricing strategy and execution
Capable to communicate complex concepts and findings in a simple and immediate manner
Team playerpromotingcollaboration andbuildingrelationships towork effectively with others across the organization to achieve goals and uncover opportunities
