Reporting to the Environmental Manager the successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience and practical training in implementing an ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system within a manufacturing position is ideal for a student interested in developing real-world skills in environmental compliance sustainability initiatives operational controls and management system successful candidates responsibilities will include:Supporting development and documentation of the environmental management systemAssisting in identifying environmental aspects and impacts associate with operationsAssisting with internal audits and compliance checks aligned with internal procedures and the ISO 14001 standardCollecting and organizing environmental performance dataAssisting with environmental assessments and the development of ISO 14001:2015 compliant proceduresWorking with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with environmental performanceSupporting sustainability initiatives including participation in the Price Green TeamThe ideal candidate for this position will have:Completed a minimum of first year Civil Engineering Technology or Bachelors degree programKnowledge of environmental management systems the ISO 14001:2015 standard and its key concepts considered a strong assetStrong communication and organization skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to meet deadlines multitask and adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to work well independently and in collaboration with othersFamiliarity with standard office platforms such MS Office applicationsShould this excellent opportunity interest you please submit your cover letter and Industries Limited hires on the basis of merit and is strongly committed to equity and diversity.
