Within an Agile transformation environment the teamis looking for a Senior Python Developer to strengthen the developmentand industrialization of a strategic Dataquants platform.
This is a high-impact role in a mission-criticalhigh-stakes environment where engineering excellence scalability andperformance are essential.
Your Mission
As a Senior Python Developer you will play a keyrole in designing developing and optimizing robust scalable Python solutionsaligned with enterprise architecture standards.
You will report directly to the Product Owner andTechnical Lead contributing both technically and collaboratively to squadsuccess.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions aligned with enterprise standards and architectural principles
- Contribute to technical design and software architecture definition
- Ensure high-performance data processing and optimization
- Provide expertise in Python frameworks native Python and ecosystem tools
- Industrialize developments using Design Patterns TDD Clean Code and DevOps best practices
- Write and maintain clear technical documentation
- Support and mentor developers on the platform
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and Agile rituals
- Manage sprint activities and remove impediments
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders
- Challenge requirements and contribute to continuous improvement
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong background in Enterprise Software Engineering
- Advanced expertise in Python (3.9)
- Experience with Python ecosystem tools: Anaconda Jupyter VS Code
- Strong knowledge of NumPy Pandas
- Experience in parallelization & performance optimization:
