What you will do in this role:

As a Customer Service Representative on our team you will:

  • Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
  • Manage multichannel interactions (e.g. voice email social media or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Develop your tech skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve peoples lives
  • Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in any related field
  • Are proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English

  • Can work rotating and weekend shifts

It will be a plus if you:

  • Have previous experience in Customer Service or Sales
  • Know how to work with helpdesk systems
