Your Role
As Order Fulfillment & Logistics Manager you are responsible for the seamless execution of theOrder-to-Cash (OTC)process - from order confirmation through delivery and installation (D&I). You ensure operational excellence cost efficiency and an outstanding customer experience.
In this role you actively manage third-party logistics partners (3PLs) optimize logistics costs and support sales forecasting to drive sustainable business growth.

Your Impact
- Owning the end-to-endOrder-to-Cash process ensuring high customer satisfaction whileoptimizingcostto achieve reduction targets.
- Defining implementing and achievingKPIs related to TECHNOGYM CARE activities.
- Proactivelyperformance-managing 3PL partners ensuring full SLA compliancewith monthly Business Review meetings to achievean excellent delivery & installation experience.
- Partnering closely with Sales toreduce backlog and slippageand support the achievement of sales targets.
- Ensuringaccurate compliant invoicingin line with local fiscal regulations and IFRS Group Revenue Recognition policies.
- Supporting the Country Manager withreliable sales forecasts(monthly quarterly semi-annual and annual).
- Ensuringhigh data quality and consistencyacross order processing and portfolio management.
- Driving an effectiveClose-the-Loop processaligned with Technogym standards and policies.
- Promoting stronggovernance compliance and internal controlswithin the OTC process.
- Leadingcontinuous improvement initiativesfocused on logistics cost optimization stock efficiency and lean OTC processes.
- Building developing and leading ahigh-performing customer-focused and engaged team.
About You
- Proven experience inOrder Fulfillment Logistics Management or a related field ideally in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
- 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience with clear ownership of end-to-end logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Solid knowledge ofwarehouse operations delivery & installation and international/import logistics.
- Strongfinancial and cost managementskills.
- Excellent capabilities inproject management problem-solving negotiation and data analysis.
- Inspirational leadership style with strong people management skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Fluent English(mandatory).
- AdvancedMS Office skillsand hands-on experience withERP and WMS systems.
