Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Technician to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform account responsibilities including preventative maintenance and inspections of security access control intrusion alarm and IP video camera systems and service work at all customer locations including:
- Maintenance of all systems supported.
- Navigate online service portal.
- Coordination of tools and materials required to complete work as scheduled.
- Daily work and coordination with customer.
- On Call service rotation
- Qualifier for vendormanufacturer product certifications
- All other duties at the direction of the Operations & Service organizations.
- Inspection & Service of Customer Sites
- Work in harmony with fellow technicians.
- Daily working hours; 7:00am 3:30pm
Basic Qualifications:
- Valid Connecticut Low Voltage License is required.
- Clean drivers record.
- 2 to 3 years experience in security industry inspections and maintenance.
- Trade school certification in related electronics field or equivalent course completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
