CGS is seeking a skilledCounterintelligence Analyst Subject Matter Expertwho willstrengthen CI posture ensure intelligence oversight compliance and delivertimely decision-quality CI this role you will lead cross-community coordination synthesize large data sets de-conflict reporting and independently produce multimedia and written CI assessments at the operational and strategic will also manage CI source data support asset validation and advise commanders on signature-reduction standards risks andappropriate application.

Skills and attributes for success:

- Providetimely cogent and relevant advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities ensure intelligence oversight compliance and accurately document and report CI indicators or concerns.

- Coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups assimilate large volumes of information de-conflict information of value between sections and independently produce reports.

- Research create develop and deliver professional multi-media written reports and CI products atoperationaland strategic levelsutilizingmultiple CI and HUMINT reporting tools; receive Contact Lead and Intelligence Information Reportsparticipatein reviews and respond with correctivemeasuresas necessary.

- Manage source data information within the Integrated Defense Source Registration System as well asparticipatein Asset Validation Panels and provideaccurate in-depth CI reviews of all active assets.

- Develop all-source association matrices on individuals of CI interest. CI Analysts willmaintainfamiliarity with signature reduction training standards and processesassistthe command indeterminingtheappropriate useof signature reduction techniques and ensure all standards are met before signature reduction techniques are applied.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing counterintelligence related operations while serving in a Joint Special Operations Task Force Inter-agency Task Force National Intelligence Agency Law Enforcement Agency Joint CI Activity or Combatant Command.

- No less than eight (8) years of operational analysis experience in their analytical field. Five (5) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations and combat overseas tours with a SMU and or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.

- Understand the F3EAD targetingmethodologyto include broad knowledge ofadditionalintelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in product

- Advanced skill sets with the HUMINT Operations Cycle CI Support to HUMINT Operations Asset Risk Assessment System (ARMS) Operational Risk Management Process and Patterns of Life Analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors Analysis Human Terrain Analysis SIGINT Targeting Convergence Analysis and Intelligence training.

- Employedtheir expertknowledge and understanding of CI theory doctrine rules laws regulations directives systems concepts methodologies and relevant skills related to fullspectrumCI operations.

- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
