主な職務内容
- 顧客戦略の構築顧客のビジネス目標を理解し顧客戦略策定しますCレベルとのエンゲージメントを行い顧客価値の最大化を目指します戦略を定期的に見直調整し継続的なSAPのポジショニングと価値提供を実現します
- クラウドビジネスの成長促進顧客戦略目標に沿いSAP展開範囲の拡大既存契約の更新維持拡張に注力しますパイプラインを管理し導入パートナー様へとのエンゲージメントを行いますクラウドの導入と利用を成功に導きクラウド移行の価値を明確に示し顧客価値を最大化します
- 社内連携顧客価値の最大化のため部門横断的な連携を促進します
