Main Accountabilities
- Monitoring evaluating and updating cosmetic related laws and regulations to provide a regulatory assessment to secure smooth business operation
- Prepare review and submit regulatory documentation ensuring accuracy compliance with regulatory strategies and timely delivery of highquality submissions.
- Support innovation project on regulatory compliance and provide regulatory assessment.
- Can handle the Notification independently and deliver PIF Documentation for products within targeted timeline.
- Providing a professional advice on claims (ranging from product to advertisements).
- Updating related database in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a close communication with regulatory authorities and external third-party partners ensuring timely and effective communication to align evolving regulatory requirements with company strategies and business needs.
- Assist with Hong Kong RArelated tasks including organizing and preparing internal documentation as well as reviewing claims.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree or above Pharmacy Medical Chemical Toxicology or other related education background.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Familiar with cosmetic regulatory and Notification process & PIF Requirements.
- More than 5-year experience in regulatory affair or relevant working experience.
- Strong sense of ownership and highly motivated with good communication skills.
