About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Program Manager to oversee and optimize ASMLs facility operations across our Taiwan portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans analyzing operational data coordinating with diverse stakeholders and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What this job involves:

General Management Coordination:

• Manage vendor contracts contracted by CLIENT CRE overseeing site coordination activities.

• Manage the formation of an on-site emergency team including training and organizing fire drills in support of CLIENT CRE EHS.

Moves People and Furniture Management:

• Serve as a single point of contact for CLIENT employees regarding move activities and furniture management.

• Supervise coordinate and execute moves including small on-site moves of up to 20 workstations.

• Manage furniture services including relocation reconfiguration and adjustment for ergonomic purposes.

• Maintain current warranty information on furniture systems.

Office Cleaning and Services:

• Ensure cleaning services meet Accepted Quality Levels (AQL) for different areas (e.g. offices sanitary rooms restaurant areas).

• Manage and coordinate shuttle bus services including adapting to CLIENTs changing requirements.

Reception Telephone Center and Parking Management:

• Develop and review parking policies liaise with parking vendors and confirm terms and conditions.

Service Desk Operations:

• Provide a single point of contact for all facility management and housing-related service requests.

• Manage customer requests from front-to-end ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about site departments protocols and policies within the FM organization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze operational data across functions to identify improvement opportunities.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on service activities including move requests volumes hours spent and costs.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

• Coordinate with stakeholders from various departments to ensure integrated facility solutions.

• Communicate effectively with involved stakeholders during moves and other facility-related activities.

EHS Compliance and Emergency Response:

• Act on EH&S messages/notifications in accordance with agreed protocols at the site.

• Integrate the emergency team into CLIENTs broader emergency response organization.

Continuous Improvement:

• Propose and oversee implementation of cross-location initiatives to optimize facility operations.

• Adapt rapidly to changing circumstances and adjust service delivery accordingly.

• Is a flexible resourceful and proactive individual able to produce results with minimal guidance and under tight deadlines.

• Has the ability to work well under pressure and at high volume without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management / Office Management

• More than 5 years of MNC industry experience.

• Experience in High Technology Industry is a plus
