Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and scheduling in multiple locations and time zones with diplomacy and discretion
Set up internal and external meetings including conference rooms AV needs document distribution tracking attendance
Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries with seamless logistics
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Help produce presentations by compiling information formatting editing and transmitting text data and graphics
Coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers internal stakeholders vendors music and podcast industry professionals
Organize execute and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas all Org meetings fireside chats off-sites and other team events)
Champion and expand creative team traditions and activities that support a strong team culture. Have fun at work and help others do the same!
Partner closely with the leadership team key business partners and other Executive Assistants to provide holistic support to the organization
Willingness/ability to travel to support team off-sites & events as needed

- 5 years of senior level leadership support or 3 years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
