Job Summary
What Youll Do
- Coordinate daily freight pickups ensuring orders are collected by carrier cutoff times.
- Prepare and process bills of lading (BOLs) international shipping paperwork and hazardous materials declarations.
- Communicate shipping schedules and updates to carriers freight forwarders and internal teams.
- Print and distribute shipping labels manifests and related materials.
- Track shipments resolve shipping exceptions and support expedited orders.
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as receiving picking packing and shipping as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness organization and adherence to all safety standards in the warehouse.
- Support onboarding and training of new associates in logistics tasks.
What Powers You
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse transportation or logistics preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office internet navigation Warehouse Management Systems).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documentation and alphanumeric codes.
- Forklift certification (or ability to become certified) preferred.
- Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment including lifting up to 50 pounds.
