About the Project
A major internationalorganization is expanding its Data & AI initiatives supporting thedevelopment of global analytics and AI solutions used by 100 datascientists across 30 countries.
The team develops transversalanalytics services (TAS) offering ready-to-use solutions such as documentrecognition voice-to-text transcription model monitoringand data storage. These applications are mainly built in Javaexposing services through REST APIs and Web Interfaces.
To support this strategicprogram we are looking for a highly motivated QA Automation Engineerwith a strong technical background and an agile mindset.
Your Mission
As a QA Automation Engineeryou will design and execute automated test strategies to ensure highquality performance and reliability across critical software solutions.
You will work closely withdevelopers product owners business analysts DevOps and other QAprofessionals in an Agile/Scrum environment contributing directly tocontinuous delivery and improved testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
Test Automation
- Design develop and maintain reusable automated test frameworks
- Create enhance and debug automation tools and test suites
- Execute automated tests for functional regression and performance validation
- Analyze results identify defects and ensure fast resolution with development teams
Test Strategy & Planning
- Define test plans and automation strategies for new features
- Identify automation candidates based on risk and business impact
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to clarify requirements
CI/CD & ContinuousTesting
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Support continuous testing and rapid feedback cycles
- Work with DevOps to manage test environments
Agile Collaboration &Communication
- Participate in daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Report testing progress risks and quality metrics to stakeholders
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on automation tools and best practices
- Propose improvements to processes frameworks and overall software quality
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- 5 years of software testing experience
- 3 years focused on Automation Testing
- Strong proficiency in Java (OOP)
- Strong knowledge of Automation Testing Tools such as:
- UI Testing: Selenium Cypress Playwright
- API Testing: Postman Rest-Assured
- Strong experience with BDD methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Cucumber
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI CircleCI)
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- High attention to detail and strong quality mindset
Performance Testing
- Experience with JMeter and/or LoadRunner is a plus
Nice to Have
- Docker / Containerization
- Testing applications in Cloud environments
- Certifications: ISTQB / ASTQB
- Bash Scripting
- Agentic AI / AI-driven testing
- French (B1)
