Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide quality in-home care services to clients in St. Clair Shores MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to promote their independence and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers safely.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning laundry and organizing.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client health status.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
Requirements
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
- Compassionate patient and detail-oriented.
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
