Job Summary
Job Description:
As a Business Analyst the requirement is as follows but not limited to:
- Be part of project delivery team and help rollout CS Factory to plants
- Part of delivery engage with IT Delivery team to
- Define scope
- Iron out a rollout level 2 plan which will define the timeline
- Iron out the level 3 plan which will define program by program waterfall rollout plan
- Master data config for the modules in scope and testing validating
- Role definitions by module
- Prepare for Key user training
- Coordinate FIT UAT if needed before the plant visit
- Visit Plant and conduct workshop which will include key user training by module
- Support the go-live at onsite
- Continue the support of rollout as per the Level 3 waterfall plan
- Complete the rollout and provide hypercare support.
- Apart from this coordinate post go-live on-going support by triaging the support tickets submitted by plant
- Coordinate with Dev team as needed for testing and providing simple Requirement documentations
