We are currently looking for a Marketing Planning & Budget Analyst to join our Marketing Latam team in Mexico City. This role plays a key part in helping the organization make better smarter decisions about how and where to invest marketing resources across the region.
You will work daily with numbers budgets and performance datatranslating information into clear insights that drive profitability.
A Typical Day at Nissan:
Monitor monthly marketing spend across LATAM markets.
Provide data for pricing product mix decisions and competitiveness assessments.
Build update and maintain detailed budget tracking files in Excel with high accuracy.
Prepare reports comparing actual vs. planned spending identifying deviations early.
Identify opportunities for cost efficiency without impacting marketing performance.
Ensure all budget information remains organized and updated.
Analyze retail marketing campaign performance across channels.
Compare marketing investment vs. commercial results (ROI cost per lead cost per unit).
Identify which campaigns generate the strongest return and highlight areas for improvement.
Translate data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
Support analysis of market opportunities customer behavior and regional trends.
Professional Profile We Are Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Finance Marketing Business Economics or related field or equivalent.
1 years working with budgets financial tracking or reporting
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables lookup formulas dynamic tables modeling).
Ability to build automated budget trackers and performance dashboards.
Experience analyzing data to find patterns and opportunities.
Language: Intermediate proficiency level of English.
Desirable Knowledge
Exposure to pricing commercial competitiveness or market benchmarking.
Experience working with marketing teams or consumer data is an advantage.
