Your goal
As our Senior Financial Controller you will play a key role in shaping the strategic financial direction of Marktlink. Youll be responsible for executing the financial strategy strengthening financial processes and providing proactive data-driven advice to senior management. Your focus will be on delivering actionable insights managing financial risks and driving long-term value creation.

Your responsibilities
Independently manages complex financial administrations and reporting including monthly and annual closings;
Takes ownership of the strategic planning and control cycle;
Leads projects focused on process optimization data analysis and automation;
Identifies internal and external developments and delivers strategic financial advice to senior management;
Actively engages with team members involved in their financial administration and plays a coaching role to encourage knowledge sharing;
Builds and maintains strong relationships that contribute to Marktlinks financial health;
Ensures active communication and takes the lead in team meetings and complex discussions.
Job requirements
Your profile
Higher professional education in Finance Accounting or a related field;
8 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting withing a large company;
Proficiency in financial software such as Exact Online (LucaNet is a pré);
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Fluent in English and Dutch;
Professional certifications such as RA or AA are a plus.
