Job Summary

Overview

The Senior Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for professional technical and technology-enabled roles across the family of companies.

  • This role requires working knowledge of software development information systems IT and related technical disciplines in order to effectively assess candidates engage in meaningful technical conversations and partner credibly with hiring managers.
  • The position exercises independent judgement in evaluating candidate qualifications advising hiring leaders and representing the organization in competitive technical talent markets.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting & Talent Delivery

  • Independently manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical corporate roles including software development information systems IT cybersecurity and related functions.
  • Conduct in-depth technical screening conversations to evaluate candidates experience problem-solving approach and role-relevant knowledge prior to advancing candidates.
  • Demonstrate sufficient technical fluency to understand role requirements ask informed follow-up questions and translate technical qualifications into clear and actionable hiring recommendations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements technical skill needs team context and success criteria.
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner by advising on candidate profiles managing expectations and maintaining momentum throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of recruiting activity candidate dispositioning and hiring decisions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS.)

Stakeholder Participation & Representation

  • Represent the organization and its family of companies to external candidates with professionalism and consistency ensuring a positive and compliant candidate experience.
  • Represent the organization credibly to experienced technical candidates by clearly articulating role scope team environment and business impact.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership to align recruiting efforts with workforce needs timelines and approved compensation frameworks.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines hiring progress and anticipated challenges or risks.

Offer Support & Compliance

  • Support the offer development process by providing market-informed input on salary ranges incentives and start dates in alignment with established guidelines.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal state and local employment laws internal policies and equal employment opportunity standards.
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive candidate information and employment-related decisions.

Employer Brand & Process Support

  • Support onboarding coordination and transition of candidates from offer acceptance through start date.
  • Participate in recruiting events job fairs and outreach activities as needed.
  • Contribute feedback and recommendations to improve recruiting process tools and the overall candidate experience while adhering to established talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting including sourcing and hiring for professional technical or corporate roles.
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles such as software development IT information systems cybersecurity or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful technical conversations with candidates and hiring leaders including discussing tools technologies environments and role expectations.
  • Experience operating as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced high-volume or multi-requisition recruitment environment.
  • Ability to independently assess candidate qualifications and exercise professional judgement in recommending next steps.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws recruiting compliance requirements and fair hiring practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication influencing skills with the ability to build credibility with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred) LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and standard office tools.
  • Professional judgement discretion and a commitment to representing the organization with integrity.
  • Experience recruiting in competitive technical labor markets requiring proactive sourcing and sustained candidate engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting supporting or working with veterans transitioning service members National Guard or Reserve members for familiarity with military occupational specialties (MOS) rank structures and translating military experience to civilian technical roles.
  • Ability to engage effectively with candidates from military backgrounds particularly in cybersecurity IT information systems or intelligence-adjacent disciplines.
  • Experience recruiting for roles requiring security clearances regulated environments or government-adjacent programs is a plus.
