Schedule:
- Split Shift: 11-2330 or 1300-0130 3 (12hr) shifts per week
- Holiday rotation
- Your choice of every 2nd or 3rd weekend
Essential Functions:
- Performs Rapid and Comprehensive Assessments
- Develops and Implements Emergency Care Plans
- Delivers Timely and Effective Interventions
- Evaluates Patient Responses and Adjusts Care
- Facilitates Communication and Coordination
- Demonstrates Clinical Competence in Emergency Nursing
- Manages Multiple Patients and Prioritizes Care
- Provides Age-Appropriate and Culturally Sensitive Care
- Ensures Safety and Compliance
- Maintains Professional Standards and Regulatory Compliance
General Requirements:
- Associate degreein nursing.
- Bachelor ofScience inNursing(BSN)preferred.
- Current Iowa RNlicense or compact RN license recognized by the state of IA and IL RN required within one year of hire date
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter Child and/or Dependent Adult Abuse training within three (3) months of hire.
- High language intermediate to high math high critical thinking ability.
- Basic computer skills.
