We are partnering with an international industrial manufacturing group to grow its US footprint within semiconductor and advanced equipment markets. The role focuses on precision welding and engineered metal components used in technically demanding systems.
Customers in this space prioritize process stability material performance and collaborative engineering alignment.
This position is remote within the United States with 4060% travel across a predominantly US-wide territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new semiconductor and advanced equipment accounts
Manage technically complex multi-stage sales cycles
Translate engineering specifications into manufacturable solutions
Coordinate feasibility discussions with engineering teams
Support long-term integration into technical supply chains
Ideal Background
Experience in semiconductor capital equipment or advanced industrial sales
Background in engineered components or manufacturing services
Comfort discussing tolerances materials and manufacturing constraints
Experience navigating engineering-led buying decisions
Stable career progression
Engineering degree beneficial but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $105000$125000
Approximately 30% performance-based variable compensation
401(k) match PTO health insurance car allowance full equipment provided.
