Description: | 5 days 40hr a week with OT/weekends and afterhours require (hours are based on workload). Candidate must be located within a 50 miles radius of 94203.
- Maintains analyzes troubleshoots and repairs computer systems hardware and computer peripherals. Documents maintains upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights security and systems groups.
- Trains employees identifies analyzes and repairs product failures orders and replaces parts as needed. Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers needs.
- May require an associates degree or its equivalent and entry level - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

Requirements: | - Is this position remote or in person Remote (working cases from home)
- Primary day-to-day responsibilities: Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs). Technician will travel to each clients location. Maintains analyzes troubleshoots and repairs Desktops Laptops Servers and Printers. Works under general supervision. Local travel required for daily dispatch. Drivers License and reliable vehicle required.
- Must pass Drug Test & Background Check.
- TOP 2 required skills: Must have good admin and organizational skills. Must have basic knowledge of printers laptops desktops servers and networks.
- On call: Yes
- Experience: Preferably 2 but not necessary
- Certifications or education: A certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Miles per day driving: 50-100
- Candidates should be located within 50 miles Sacramento CA 94203
- Candidate review and interviews will start immediately
