Job Summary
As a Lead Toddler Teacher you will create a warm safe and engaging classroom environment that supports the social emotional cognitive creative and physical development of young children. Youll build strong relationships with families while guiding toddlers through daily routines play and early learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Document childrens learning through displays and classroom materials
- Maintain positive daily communication with families
- Provide nurturing stimulating and safe environment for toddlers
- Follow and support childcare licensing and accreditation standards
- Work collaboratively as part of dedicated teaching team
Qualifications
- Must Pass Level II Background Screening
- Previous experience in Early Childhood Education
- Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents
- Energetic nurturing positive child-friendly personality
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- High school diploma
- Eagerness to Learn
- Reliable and Ready to Make a Difference
- Provide a 45 hour DCF Transcript with CDA or Formal Education
