Awaabs Law Coordinator

Salary: 26445 - 33056 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

Hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Contract: Fixed term for 12 months

Location: Hybrid between our Mariner House Dartford office and home

Were currently recruiting for an Awaabs Law Coordinator to join our team!

Were looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to play a key role in providing administrative support to ensure we effectively monitor and report on our compliance with Awaabs Law. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative data-handling and communication skills who thrives in a role where accuracy coordination and collaboration really matter.

Youll be the central point of contact for gathering information maintaining clear records and supporting our service leads to ensure we meet all statutory reporting and performance standards.

Youll have proven experience in social housing compliance housing regulation or asset management. Youll also have an understanding of Awaabs Law HHSRS and housing health and safety legislation.
