Manufacturing Openings are on 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift

Location: Sheboygan WI & Kohler WI

Training will be on 1st Shift 6:30am to 2:42pm

Specific responsibilities:

• Operate tools machinery or equipment related to fabrication welding painting assembly or material handling.

• Read and follow work instructions diagrams or blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Inspect work for defects and perform quality checks at each stage.

• Operate hand tools power tools or machinery safely and effectively.

• Safely move load and unload materials using forklifts or other equipment (where applicable).

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Prior experience in manufacturing welding painting assembly or forklift operation is helpful but not required - training is provided.

• Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Physical ability to lift move and handle materials as needed.

• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

The hourly salary for this position is $24.55 - 26.65 plus shift premiums of $1.50. Available benefits include medical dental vision & 401k.
