Regional Vice President of Operations
Regional Role (80% Travel Required)
$200k - $250k base salary Bonus Benefits Package
The Externals Group has partnered with a rapidly expanding commercial roofing organization seeking a results-oriented leader to drive operational excellence and regional scalability.
As Regional VP of Operations you will provide strategic oversight across multiple business units ensuring high-performance execution in safety scheduling and profitability during a period of aggressive growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach Directors of Operations to ensure projects align with labor budgets schedules and safety benchmarks.
- Implement operational strategies and standards to support consistent regional expansion.
- Strategically manage labor equipment and materials across sites to maximize efficiency.
- Mentor field leaders and identify emerging talent to build a pipeline for future growth.
- Act as the primary escalation point for field challenges and technical delays.
- Translate company goals into actionable regional strategies and performance metrics.
What Youll Bring:
- 10 years of commercial roofing or construction experience in a multi-site or regional leadership role.
- Knowledge of single-ply asphalt hot/cold applied and metal systems (Federal experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Procore or similar project management platforms.
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; PMP is an advantage.
- Ability to travel up to 80% regionally and work in both office and field environments.
