Job Description:
Are you passionate about travel and customer service We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent (Travel) to join our dynamic this role you will play a vital part in ensuring that our customers have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience from the moment they book their journey until they return home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers via phone email and chat regarding travel inquiries and issues.
- Resolve booking discrepancies cancellations and other travel-related problems efficiently.
- Guide customers in selecting the best travel options based on their preferences and budget.
- Keep updated with the latest travel regulations and destination information to provide accurate advice.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure comprehensive support tracking.
- Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to ensure customer needs are met promptly and accurately.

Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
