Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
- Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information pricing and orders
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and friendly manner
- Update customer records and information accurately in the system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Team player with a positive attitude
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in a call center or help desk environment is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $18 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $21 per hour
