Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
  • Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with product information pricing and orders
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and friendly manner
  • Update customer records and information accurately in the system
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in a call center or help desk environment is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $18 per hour
  • Maximum Salary: $21 per hour
  • Currency: USD
