Job Summary

Position Role: Responsible for the delivery of through-career Life Skills to serving personnel and families iot build personal & collective resilience in support of operational capability and at end of Service promoting a seamless transition into local communities and employment.
Responsibilities:
1. Actively encourage the delivery of mandated and additional Life Skills to build resilience and generate positive recruitment retention and resettlement conditions.
2. Conduct regional analysis to support Life Skills development identifying and conveying trends opportunities and challenges to RC SPs and families.
3. Build & maintain internal and external networks to maximise shared understanding & communication using digital & defence networks to maximise Life Skills awareness and activity across the AOR.
4. Provide cross-boundary JMC support iot maintain national & overseas coverage during periods of workforce churn ensuring SP and family support is maintained.
5. Promote & validate unit use of HARDFACTS for all SLs in resettlement and as part of unit BaU to identify changes in personal resilience (physical mental & emotional).
6. Support G1 audits to monitor compliance with associated governance; undertake unit advisory visits to include 1st Line BaU management checks.
7. Support the development of Life Skills information tools & resources; attend quarterly forums; maintain record of activity & identify effect where possible.
8. Conduct a minimum of 2 days UK Ops Trg and support the JMC during Ops and Ex CAMBRIAN PATROL.
