We are looking for an Event & Webinar Manager ready to build experiences that connect inspire and convert. Youll design and optimize both online and offline events that showcase our brand worldwide and drive meaningful engagement with future tech professionals.

What you will do:

Webinar & Digital Funnel Management:

End-to-End Planning: Plan execute and manage the entire process of webinar funnels from initial concept to final execution and lead conversion.
Content & Promotion: Develop content and promotional strategies (email social media landing pages) to maximize registration and attendance rates.
Speaker & Lead Management: Coordinate with speakers assist in creating engaging presentations and manage post-webinar follow-ups to nurture leads.
Optimization: Analyze funnel performance and implement strategies for autowebinars and recurring sessions to ensure a consistent flow of leads.r

Offline Events (Brazil & International):

Global Execution: Lead the planning and execution of 34 annual offline events (workshops meetups or conferences) both within Brazil and internationally.
Logistics & Production: Manage all physical aspects including venue sourcing vendor negotiation catering audiovisual setup and on-site coordination.
Experience Design: Create an immersive brand experience for attendees ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand values and quality.
Budgeting: Track and manage event budgets ensuring high-quality execution while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

Mixed Event Background: Proven experience in planning and executing both large-scale webinars and physical offline events.
Conversion Focus: A track record of using success stories and data-driven insights to improve event-to-lead conversion rates.
Platform Proficiency: Expertise in webinar platforms (preferably BigMarker) and familiarity with CRM/Project Management tools.
Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills to handle a high volume of webinars (23 per month) alongside long-term offline event planning.
Multicultural Communication: Excellent communication skills to work with international speakers and vendors. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
Creativity: Ability to create engaging informative content that resonates with different audience segments across various formats.
