Who We Are Seeking: We are seeking an organized detail-oriented professional to serve as our Family Court and Recovery Services Programs Manager. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative and coordination skills with a focus on grant compliance reporting data collection documentation and long-term program sustainability. This role supports funded program activities by maintaining consistent workflows tracking and completing deliverables on time organizing statistical data preparing reports and narratives and assisting with grant applications and renewals. The Manager also helps strengthen program visibility and participant engagement by developing and maintaining clear culturally grounded program materials and communications that reflect Tribal addition this position serves as a trained alternate for court coordination and court clerk functions helping ensure continuity and stability of court operations.

Qualifications Education & Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience preferred. We are willing to train CNV Tribal citizens.
  • Excellent interpersonal customer service and leadership skills; including the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds; establish and maintain cooperative relationships and work successfully as a member of a team.
  • Excellent time management problem-solving and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet sometimes competing deadlines.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Certificates and Licenses: A valid Alaska Drivers license and the ability to be insured on CVTCs vehicle insurance policy is a requirement of this position.

Pre-Employment Drug Screening and Background Check: This position requires you to complete and pass a pre-employment state and federal background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Hiring Preferences: As allowed in P.L. 93-638 preference for employment will be given to Alaska Native and American Indian peoples. CVTC also applies family and local hiring preferences.
