Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $40 $46 per hour

Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced RN for a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit providing intermediate-level care to adult patients. Unit focuses on short-stay (under 24 hours) patients including chest pain admissions and post-procedural recovery (cardiac cath endoscopy electrophysiology interventional radiology minor surgeries). Strong emphasis on telemetry monitoring rapid recovery patient safety and discharge planning.

Responsibilities:

Telemetry monitoring & advanced cardiac support
Chest pain management with expedited testing
Post-procedural care (moderate to lower acuity)
Patient-centered goal-directed care
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active Ohio RN License or Compact
BLS & ACLS (AHA)
Strong communication skills and culturally competent care
Commitment to professional growth and adaptability
