Overview of Job

As a Performance Executive you will oversee the strategy planning implementation and reporting of biddable platforms (Social). You will also provide guidance to the team working on those brands and support the core team to develop business capabilities across accounts.

Measures of Success

In three months:

  • Have a basic understanding of all social platforms.
  • Begin building rapport with stakeholders teams and/or clients.
  • Start looking for growth opportunities within accounts for paid social.
  • Begin supporting the performance manager with basic work.
  • Gain a general idea of the social behaviors of individual clients audiences and targeting.

In six months:

  • Have a full understanding of each clients goals.
  • Streamline processes to make reporting management or collaboration easier for internal and external teams.
  • Make significant strides in optimizations within social accounts.
  • Fully understand biddable behaviors within individual clients.

In twelve months:

  • Become an expert on your dedicated clients social campaigns.
  • Increase adoption of other biddable and digital services.
  • Bring value to the biddable team by working closely with the wider team to drive change.
  • Amplify client knowledge on strategic approaches to biddable channels.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Oversee planning implementation and reporting of Performance across multiple clients.
  • Set expectations and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Align Performance KPIs for clients working to prove the value of paid social to clients and internal teams.
  • Provide meaningful insights and analysis when sending reports to clients/core teams.
  • Maintain a forum for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Learn and train yourself to confidently discuss basic digital concepts.

What You Will Need

  • Basic understanding of all paid social mechanisms and their implications generally acquired with at least 12 years of progressive experience.
  • Ability to confidently speak to clients.
  • Prior experience managing multiple clients social implementations and optimizations.
  • Medium-to-large budget campaign experience preferred.
