About The Role

Our Leamington office is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Office Operations Coordinator for a summer contract. This role provides essential administrative and front-desk support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration within a professional services environment. You will work closely with team members across departments and serve as a key point of contact for clients and visitors.

What Youll Do

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email inquiries

  • Provide general administrative support to brokers and account managers

  • Assist with document preparation scanning filing and data entry

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier coordination

  • Maintain office supplies and support general office organization

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal logistics

  • Support special projects and provide operational assistance as needed

The expected salary range for this position is $18-20/h and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience andworking location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
