Job Summary

Alconost is on a mission to help digital products speak the language of their users. We localize software games apps and websites into 120 languages and now were expanding into AI Data Services. Were looking for a Business Development Representative to find partners and clients for this new direction.

This is a remote full-time role for someone who loves the hunt finding the right people starting real conversations and opening doors that lead to deals.

Who Were Looking For

Youre an extrovert who thrives on outreach. You dont just write good emails you actually pick up the phone and talk. You can research a prospect figure out what they need and pitch a solution in under a minute. Youre not afraid of cold outreach and you understand that no is just the beginning of a conversation.

Youre technically curious you know what GitHub is youre not intimidated by developers and you get the basics of how AI and data work together. You dont need hand-holding: give you a target and youll figure out how to reach it.

Wed love to meet you if you:

  1. Have experience in B2B business development sales or partnerships
  2. Speak and write fluent English spoken English is a must not optional
  3. Can independently research markets companies and decision-makers
  4. Know how to craft outreach that gets replies (cold emails LinkedIn calls)
  5. Are technically literate you understand GitHub APIs and AI/ML basics
  6. Are self-driven organized and comfortable with short daily standups
  7. Have experience selling tech services data services or AI-related products (a plus)
  8. Can work across time zones and adapt to async communication

What Youll Do

  1. Research and identify potential partners and buyers for AI Data Services
  2. Run independent outreach campaigns emails LinkedIn calls
  3. Qualify leads and set up intro meetings with decision-makers
  4. Participate in short daily standups to sync on progress and priorities
  5. Collaborate with the team to refine positioning and messaging
  6. Track your pipeline and report on key metrics
  7. Stay on top of the AI data market whos buying what they need where the gaps are
