- Identify develop and convert new customers and market opportunities across relevant industries
- Execute sales plans aligned with unit and company growth objectives.
- Grow wallet share within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
Customer & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers distributors and decision-makers.
- Understand customer processes applications and pain points to recommend appropriate adhesive solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries quotations negotiations and order follow-up to ensure timely conversion.
Product & Technical Support (Commercial Interface)
- Develop strong working knowledge of Cormarts adhesives portfolio applications and competitive positioning.
- Gather and relay customer feedback market intelligence and product performance insights.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends competitor activities pricing dynamics and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records forecasts and pipeline updates using approved CRM or reporting tools.
- Prepare periodic sales reports opportunity pipelines and account updates for review.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Chemistry Chemical Engineering or related discipline
- 25 years of open-market sales experience preferably in adhesives coatings or industrial materials.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical / Functional
- Basic knowledge of adhesive applications and customer use cases (or strong learning agility)
- Sales forecasting pipeline management and reporting
